Ruchi is a seasoned, hands-on C-level advisor with c.15 years of combined experience in management consulting, Big-4 and Corporate M&A. She brings deep expertise in leading complex buy-side and sell-side deals, carve-outs, integrations, and value creation initiatives with a PE lens focused on EBITDA uplift.

Having delivered over 90 transactions and transformation programs with a combined value of €30Bn and €2Bn in EBITDA improvements, Ruchi has consistently driven impact across global organizations and private equity firms.

Listed below are some of her key select credential

  • Led Synergy Due Diligence and Value Creation Lead for $34Bn Bunge-Viterra global merger whereby identified synergy case of €600m, consisting of €400m of commercial synergies and €200m of SG&A synergies. Subsequently, as Value Creation workstream lead, supported 8 months of pre-close synergy planning phase with focus on SG&A synergies.

  • Worked as Global CMO Lead (Carve-out management office) for x-border carve-out of specialty chemicals from Linde involving 34 geographies with deal size of €3.3Bn.

  • Led assessments of multiple Value Creation Plans as part of buy-side DDs. In one engagement, validated a $450M value creation case and supported post-sign planning and implementation work.

  • Buy & build Integration Lead for Triton's PortCo on 12 consecutive acquisitions.

  • Engagement lead for +50-60 buy and sell-side due diligences, delivering independent VDD or buy-side reports as separation memorandums/ blueprints on carve-out DD, operational DD, synergies assessments.
